Kizu Aokosa

Village: From country of Rain, now living in Konoha.
Fav jutsu: Self-invented technique modeled after Neji's soft-palm.  He injects his own chakra into his enemy, and can control parts of their body. (Organ's, limbs, see through their eyes, ect...)  The more energy, the more control over the enemy; but he is proportionately less able to function himself.  Conversely, the less energy he put's in, the longer he can sustain it in their body.

Another ability that he is currently working on developing is a direct result of his love of being one with nature and his despise/rampant copying of Neji and his techniques. Kizu is working on learning to extend his Chakra into the air around him and can feel anything around his body. (The secondary reason his coat is missing a sleeve, the first being he thinks it looks cool.) Currently, it's about a 5 foot radius.  Essentially, in place of seeing things, he uses hearing for long to mid-range; feel for close quarters.

Lastly, he has SOME experience with Kunai to defend himself; and can't throw them with any accuracy.   

Weapons: Leather gloves lined with steel plates, palms showing bare skin.
Strengths: VERY fast, comperable to the 4th Hokage.  In the way that people say, "Not bad, but not as fast as the 4th."
Weakness': Physically below average, slowly going blind, fighting technique is full of holes. 
Rival and why: Neji.  While in the ninja academy, the 2 were constantly butting heads, and Neji won EVERY time.  This wouldn't have been SO bad, except Neji was constantly running him down for it.  "Learn your place, you can't change your place in life, you were never meant to be a ninja" ect... One day, Kizu snapped and attacked Neji.  The fight lasted 5 seconds and Kizu was in the hospital for 2 weeks, Neji got detention.  Kizu eventually deconstructed the moves Neji's used on him to create his own style, mentioned above.    
Crush: Hinata is like a little sister to him, but recently Kizu is starting to wonder if it isn't something more.  However, he doesn't want to act on it because he doesn't want to interfere with her feelings for Naruto.

Shizune has the most beautiful voice Kizu has ever heard, and it very nearly hypnotizes him when he hears it.  He is smitten with nearly everything about her, and whenever he is around her, he speaks in broken sentences and looks in every direction EXCEPT at her face.
 
Friends: Naruto.  They get along relatively well, they'd be closer if Naruto could learn to STOP TALKING once and awhile.

Rock Lee.  Kizu loves his determination and ability to live the life he want's despite his weaknesses. 

Past: Kizu was born, and lived the first 3 years of his life in the country of Rain.  His parents were killed by ninja's working for Orochimaru, who took him for experiments. After a number of years, and hundreds of horrific experiments resulting in an overclocked chakra system that will enable him to become a ninja but eventually eat away at his body from the inside-out, he was declared a failure and sealed inside a scroll that was given to Kabuto.  On his way through the Chakra forest, the scroll Containing Kizu fell out of Kabuto's bag, and was activated 3 days later by the ambient energy in the air.  Kizu wandered for an unknown ammount of time before being picked up by a ninja patrol.  He was examined and questioned, but his memories were a mass of blurry nothingness and screams.  Root made numerous attempts to have him removed from the village, but the kindness of the 4th Hokage protected him each time.  After the incident with the Kyuubi, all children with even a hint of potential were placed in the Ninja Academy.
   
Anything else: Root's distrust of him has never ceased, and to this day Danzou makes it a personal mission to ensure Kizu receives sub-par training, and NO consideration for advancement or village secrets.  So it is a point of frustration for Danzou that Kizu continuously exceeds his expectations. (Essentially, Kizu is better than he should be, worse than he could be)

Naruto: Nice guy, talks too much.
Sasuke: Whiny, unappreciative, prick.
Sakura: Pretty, strong, and nice. But her lack of direction and self-motivation frustrates Kizu.
Shikamaru: I can't respect someone so capable, yet so lazy.  I'll follow his orders, but I won't like him.
Ino: Sexy, but annoyingly sasuke-obsessed. They are civil now that Sasuke is an enemy of the village.
Chouji: Kizu has a hard time looking at him without laughing about the underwear on his head.
Kiba: They could have been good friends, but once (in-front of most of Kiba's family) Kizu mentioned he preferred cats.  Now Kiba avoids interacting with him.
Akamaru: CUTE!!!
Hinata: Kizu's hobby is to find places with LOTS of ambient noise and just listen.  It just happened that one night he was listening in a forest where Hinata decided to practice confessing her feelings to Naruto.  Kizu stepped out after listening, wanting to offer his help, but Hinata frantically begged him not to tell anyone. Kizu immediately agreed, and that was the beginning of numerous secret meetings, sparring sessions, and deep conversations.
Shino: Kizu does NOT like bugs.  Much less watching them crawl out of holes in someones face.
Neji: See rivals section.
Lee: Best buds.
Tenten: Cute, skilled, and nice.  Too over-reliant on throwing things.
Gaara: Respect
Temari: Hot but, stuck up.
Kankuro: Stupid clothing, stupid paint, stupid technique.  Who wears BLACK in the DESERT!?! 
Kakashi: Kizu respects his ability and likes that he get's away with being late so often to everything. Kizu would be friends with him, but Kakashi doesn't see anything but a student.
Gai: *facepalm*
Kurenai: She's beautiful, but Kizu hasn't seen or heard of her doing anything noteworthy.
Asuma: Smoking is bad.
Tsunade: Strong, gorgeous, and capable. Respect, admiration, and a good amount of physical attraction.
Jiraiya: Kizu hate's him when he's in "Lecherous mode", and loves him when he's doing anything else.  
Orochimaru: Who? Oh, wait I think I..... ahh AHHH!!! It HURTS!!! ... Wow, what was that? *smile*
Kabuto: See Orochimaru.
Itachi: Kizu has a theory that there was something more to Itachi's legendary "Slaughter", but no one want's to talk about it.
